Temperature-resistant rubber conveyor belt

Details Description
Conveyor belts are composed of a surface rubber, a carcass, and layers of rubber. For applications involving high-drop impacts, a layer of cushioning fabric can be added to increase impact resistance.

Fabric Carcass
The fabric layer is composed of natural or chemical fibers, either individually or in combination, and is processed using mature technology to ensure consistent quality and optimal bonding with the rubber.
Rubber Layers
For conveyor belts that undergo repeated flexing, the adhesion between the layers of the carcass is critical. High-strength conveyor belts, in particular, must use layers with minimal flexural stress and reduced fatigue due to internal stress.
Only such rubber can be used.
Specifications and models can be customized to customer requirements, thickness range: 2.0 ~ 8.0 mm
